Diammonium Phosphate (DAP), 50 g
DAP is an inorganic nitrogen source that should be used in conjunction with complex nutrients to ensure a complete nutritional strategy is followed. DAP is used as a supplement in nitrogen deficient environments. Commonly used to aid fermentation in wines and meads as part of a staggered nutrient program. Use 1/2 - 3/4 of a gram per gallon (approx. 1/2 tsp per 5 gallon batch) to help yeast stay active for a complete fermentation.
