Escarpment Labs Burton Ale
This yeast comes from Burton upon Trent, England, & is famous as the birthplace of the IPA. It has apple, clove, and honey ester profiles, and can have a slight sulfur note. Ideal for American and English styles such as pale ales, bitters and ambers.
