Oak Cubes (American, Medium Toast)
Oak cubes bring aromatic sweetness and a campfire/roasted coffee attribute and a nice mouthfeel. Flavours can be described as vanilla and caramelized oak. Best used in a secondary fermentation vessel for longer term aging (1 - 6 months). Can also be soaked in alcohol (i.e. Bourbon, rum) to impart cask-aged qualities to beer.
