French Strisselspalt are one of the few hops of French origin. Predominantly used as an aroma variety with typical alpha acid content ranging from 3.0%-5.0. Mild, pleasant hop bouquet with notes of currant. Suitable for use in Lager, Blonde Ale, Biere de Garde, Saison, and various Belgian styles.
